-Service Agreement-

This Service Agreement is entered into between the Service Provider (Geekbox) and the Client. Geekbox agrees to provide Pokemon Bundles shipped by the 7th of each month following successful payment.

Payment terms will vary based on which of the three tiers the Client selects. The tiers are structured as follows:

-Monthly: $20 billed and delivered each month.

Payments are due by the 28th of the month preceding your delivery date (For example; if you subscribe January 1st, your payment is due January 28th). Payments not received by the 5th of the month (February 5th in the above example) will result in a late fee. The late fees are structured as follows:

-Monthly: $10.

This agreement goes into effect immediately after being signed by both parties, or after the customer’s payment is accepted. The duration of this agreement will be ongoing unless terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days written notice. Termination may occur due to breach of terms, non-payment, or other valid reasons.

Bimonthly or Quarterly customers who terminate the agreement prior to 60 or 90 days respectively will be subject to a penalty. Any payments made after a delivery and prior to cancellation are not refundable and will be kept as a cancellation fee.

All information in this document is confidential. Any information shared between parties will also be kept confidential for the duration of the agreement. Geekbox strives to make things right for the client. However, in the case of disputes, the parties agree to resolve them amicably through negotiation or mediation.
